Operations Manager
Operations Manager has full responsibility for all contracts under his control.
He visits each client as required on a regular basis to ensure our work methods and quality meet their satisfaction, and ensues that all specified work has been carried out correctly. Operations Managers check that all aspects of the contract are fulfilled, and then reports directly to the General Manager.
Area Supervisor
The Area Night Supervisor is responsible for a number of contracts in his area and carries out spot inspection during cleaning hours to support the cleaning teams with supplies and equipment. The Area Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring the quality of work by regular inspection of the premises.
Planning
Individual work schedules are provided for each employee. The Operations Manager has the facility to provide additional or replacement staff when necessary.
Contingency plans for each contract are in place to both maintain schedules on a daily basis and to deal with any emergencies.
