At Task Maintenance we understand that communication between us and our clients is essential for delivering the best services. That is why the following communication system was developed and implemented, effectively connecting all levels of our team from onsite cleaners to Managers.
Communication with Onsite Cleaners:
All our staffs are able to speak, read and write English at a competent level.
A communication book is placed at our reception, or other agreed location, for any comments or urgent work required. This book will be checked daily by the cleaners and the night supervisors for your area.
Communication with Our Management:
A monthly call is made from our customer service office to receive feedbacks and comments. Our General Manger checks all the comments from our clients on a daily basis.
An Operation Manager who understands your specific needs and circumstances will visit you and your premises on a regular basis, ensuring that communications and services are being delivered to your satisfaction.
